Email Trellus supportTrellus is priced per seat per month, and each person who calls uses one seat. Admins invite teammates by email, one at a time or in bulk, and each invite needs a free seat. Billing admins can add seats and see the prorated price first.
Compare plansBilling admins manage the subscription, invoices and card details from Billing in Trellus settings. Single-seat plans can pause or cancel there; larger plans email billing@trellus.ai. When a plan is canceled, calling stops right away and numbers may be released.
