Trellus for Salesloft

Work the Salesloft queue, not a second call list

Open the call tasks or People your rep is ready to work, then power or parallel dial from the same Salesloft session. Trellus returns the disposition, sentiment, notes, and follow-up to the right Person and cadence context.

No CSV handoff. Parallel-line limits depend on your Trellus plan.

Watch parallel dialing in Salesloft

See the Trellus calling layer operate inside the Salesloft workflow without turning the rep's work into a separate list. The recording is product proof, not a promise that every workspace permission or future Salesloft surface behaves identically.

One worklist

Start where the rep's work already lives

A Salesloft task has a Person, cadence, owner, and reason it is due. A copied row does not.

Trellus reads the supported Salesloft task or Person context and carries the Person, phone options, cadence, task, and available account context into the session.

Example — synthetic
Morgan opens today's call tasks for the Mid-market re-engage cadence. One Person has a work number, a mobile number, and a mapped custom direct-dial field. Trellus works the task and returns the outcome to that same Person.

Salesloft owns the worklist. Trellus removes the dead time between calls.

Rep workflow

Four steps, with the cadence intact

01

Open the work

Use the supported task or People workflow and keep the ownership, cadence, and order already set.

02

Confirm phone fields

Work with standard mobile, work, and home fields plus approved custom phone fields.

03

Choose a dialing mode

Power dial one at a time or, on an eligible plan, use up to five parallel lines.

04

Finish the record

Select the team's disposition and sentiment, add the summary, and schedule follow-up.

Write-back

What Trellus saves to Salesloft

For a resolved Person, the call returns to the CRM context the rep was working.

Called number
Salesloft disposition
Sentiment when used
Duration
Task or cadence action
Note or summary
Recording/transcript link
The recording boundary
Salesloft does not currently ingest third-party dialer audio through this call-data-record path. Trellus keeps the available recording or transcript as a link in the call note. The call can still carry the right Person, timing, duration, disposition, and activity context, but it is not a native Salesloft Conversations recording.
Follow-up

Bring the callback back to the Person

Trellus can create a Person-linked Salesloft call task with the due date and available summary.

The write requires a resolvable Salesloft Person and user. If either is missing, Trellus reports the failure instead of creating an ownerless reminder.

No personal note. No callback spreadsheet.
