A GoHighLevel dialer that stays in GoHighLevel
Open the smart list or opportunity stage you want to call, then run a power or parallel dialing session from the same HighLevel view. Trellus returns the note, disposition, tag, and callback to the contact record.

Call the audience you built in HighLevel
An agency should not have to rebuild a smart list in its dialer. Trellus uses the supported HighLevel view as the source.
The queue can retain the active location, filters, pages, and sort order. Opportunity teams can start from a selected pipeline stage. Before a smart-list contact is dialed, Trellus can check whether that contact still belongs in the audience. If HighLevel proves a record no longer matches, Trellus rebuilds the queue. API errors and ambiguous responses fail open rather than discard the list, so this is a freshness guardrail—not a compliance barrier.
New lead — not contacted. One lead replies by text and an automation removes it. Another is marked DNC. Trellus rechecks the audience and DNC state so the queue reflects those changes instead of yesterday's export. From filtered view to finished follow-up
The rep keeps the contact context in HighLevel while Trellus handles the dialing session.
Open the location and audience
Choose the smart list or opportunity stage the team is ready to call.
Start Trellus in that view
The rep keeps the HighLevel contact context instead of moving to a separate list.
Choose a dialing mode
Power dial one number at a time or, on an eligible plan, use up to five parallel lines.
Log the result
Add the disposition, optional sub-disposition, tag, summary, and callback before moving on.
What appears on the contact
Trellus adds a contact note with the details available from the supported call workflow.
“Call me Friday” becomes a task
The rep creates a Trellus Callback Task with a due date and available call context. It stays attached to the HighLevel contact and, when rep identity is available, is assigned to the person who created it.
DNC state and phone data
The contact can change after a queue starts. Trellus checks the current record in the paths where that matters most.
Current DNC state
Map HighLevel do-not-disturb state into the queue and run bounded live checks in special or history-list paths. Confirmed DND contacts are skipped; an uncheckable contact may remain callable rather than stall the whole queue.
More than one number
Use the primary and additional phone numbers supplied by the HighLevel view.
Your responsibility
Consent, calling hours, recording rules, and local law remain your agency's responsibility.
Fresh leads can interrupt the queue—not the conversation
Configured teams can surface a fresh HighLevel lead while a dialing session is running. Trellus defers that interruption during a live conversation. We verify this behavior in the current location before rollout.
Where Trellus fits—and where it does not
Good fit
Your agency organizes calls with smart lists or pipeline stages and wants multi-line dialing, queue freshness, notes, tags, and callbacks in the same operating loop.
Probably more than you need
Your reps make a handful of calls and only need a phone button. HighLevel's own calling tools or a simple click-to-call product may be enough.
GoHighLevel and Trellus
Does Trellus work inside GoHighLevel?
Yes. The Trellus Chrome extension adds the calling workflow to supported GoHighLevel contact and opportunity views.
Can Trellus dial a smart list?
Yes. A supported smart-list view can supply the queue. Trellus retains the active filters and can check membership again before dialing.
Can Trellus dial opportunity stages?
Yes. Supported opportunity views can be queued by the selected pipeline and stage.
What does Trellus save to HighLevel?
Depending on configuration, Trellus adds a contact note with the outcome, disposition, optional sub-disposition, applied tag, reached-human status, summary, and transcript link. It also applies the selected HighLevel tag.
Can Trellus create callback tasks?
Yes. Supported workflows create a contact-linked Trellus Callback Task with a due date and available call context, then complete it after follow-up.
Does Trellus support white-label domains?
Trellus includes detection for compatible HighLevel contexts, but domain behavior can vary. Verify the exact domain and location in a rollout test.
How many lines can Trellus dial?
Trellus supports power dialing and parallel workflows with up to five simultaneous lines on eligible plans. Check current pricing for availability.
Does Trellus make our calls compliant?
No. Trellus can respect current HighLevel DNC state in supported queues, but your team remains responsible for consent, calling hours, local law, and policy.
