Call the Outreach tasks already in front of you
Open the Outreach call-task view your rep is ready to work, then power or parallel dial from that same workflow. Trellus keeps the Prospect, sequence, task, disposition, purpose, and call record connected.

See the exact navigation into Outreach Tasks and where Trellus starts the calling block while preserving the task context. This is evidence for the demonstrated surface, not a blanket promise about every Outreach UI variant or workspace permission.
Keep the reason for the call attached
An Outreach call task has a Prospect, owner, sequence step, due state, and rules for what happens next.
Trellus works from the supported task context instead of flattening it into a row. The Prospect, task, sequence, step, and available phone information travel with the call.
Sam opens today's Trial follow-up call tasks and filters to incomplete calls. Trellus works that order, returns the selected disposition and purpose, and completes the exact task when the workflow calls for it.
The sequence owns the next action. Trellus works the calls.

What Trellus returns to Outreach
The call is associated with the records available in the task context.
Outreach requires completed call tasks to have a disposition. Trellus resolves the team's current options and uses a configured fallback only when one exists. If no valid disposition can be resolved, it reports the write failure rather than inventing an outcome.
Let Outreach control the rules
Trellus reads the available Outreach recording status and can create a due call task tied to the Prospect.
If recording is not allowed for the call context, Trellus does not pretend one exists. Follow-up creation also requires the Prospect, owner, call-task theme, and priority; missing context is surfaced instead of producing an ambiguous task.
Accurate CRM data beats a clean-looking fiction.
