Trellus for Attio

Call the Attio list you already built

Open a People list, map the phone fields once, and start a power or parallel dialing session from the same view. Trellus works inside Attio and saves the call result back to the person your rep called.

No CSV export. Parallel-line limits depend on your Trellus plan.

One source of truth

Your Attio view is the call list

Exporting a filtered People view creates a second, stale version of the audience. On supported views, Trellus uses Attio as the queue.

Where the workflow supports a membership check, Trellus checks again before dialing. A person who no longer belongs in the filtered view can drop out before the call. The refresh is bounded: if Attio cannot return a trustworthy current result in time, Trellus does not freeze the entire session. Treat it as a queue-freshness guardrail, not a compliance barrier.

Example — syntheticAn SDR manager builds a view for people owned by the rep, with a phone number, and no call attempt in the last 14 days. Mid-session, an operator updates one record so it no longer matches. Trellus rechecks the view and removes that person instead of calling from yesterday's export.
The CRM owns the audience. Trellus works the calls.
The rep workflow

Four steps. No list handoff.

The setup keeps phone data, calling, and follow-up connected to the Attio person.

01

Open the view

Choose the People list or task view your team is ready to work. Keep the filters and order already set in Attio.

02

Map the phone fields

Tell Trellus which attributes contain mobile, work, other, and do-not-call data. A person can have more than one usable number.

03

Pick a dialing mode

Power dial one number at a time or, on an eligible plan, use up to five parallel lines.

04

Finish the record

Choose the outcome, add the summary, flag a wrong number, or schedule a callback before moving to the next person.

Write-back

What Trellus saves to Attio

With the right workspace permissions, Trellus maintains structured attributes on the person record.

Last call attempt
Last call outcome
Last time a human was reached
Call summary
Disposition history
Do-not-call state
Detected wrong numbers
The permissions detail worth checkingIf Trellus cannot create or update the dedicated attributes, it writes an Attio note with the available outcome and call context. The call is not silently dropped, but a note is not the same as structured fields your team can filter later. We verify this before rollout.
Follow-up

“Call me Tuesday” comes back as a task

A rep can create a Trellus Callback Task linked to the Attio person. The task carries the due date and available call context. From the task workflow, the follow-up call can close the related Attio task.

No private reminder. No callback spreadsheet.

DNC and wrong-number handling

Trellus can keep known restricted or bad numbers out of later calling sessions. Your team still owns the legal decisions around each call.

Mapped DNC field

Skip records marked through the do-not-call attribute selected during setup.

Wrong-number state

Record a detected wrong number on the person so it is not treated like a fresh contact later.

Your responsibility

Consent, calling hours, recording rules, and local law remain your organization's responsibility.

Fit

Is Trellus right for your Attio workflow?

Good fit

Your team builds call audiences in Attio, runs repeatable outbound blocks, and wants the list, phone fields, outcome, and callback to stay connected.

Probably more than you need

Your team makes a few calls a day and only needs click-to-call. Trellus is built for teams whose bottleneck is the time between conversations and the cleanup after them.

FAQ

Attio and Trellus

Does Trellus work inside Attio?

Yes. The Trellus Chrome extension adds the calling panel to supported views on app.attio.com.

Can Trellus dial an Attio People list?

Yes. A supported People view can supply the queue after the relevant phone attributes are mapped. When the view supports it, Trellus checks list membership again before dialing.

What does Trellus save to Attio?

With the required permissions, Trellus can save call-attempt timing, outcome, reached-human status, summary, dispositions, DNC state, and detected wrong numbers. If structured attributes are unavailable, it uses an Attio note fallback.

Can Trellus create callback tasks?

Yes. Supported workflows create a person-linked Trellus Callback Task with a due date and available call context.

Does Trellus support multiple phone fields?

Yes. People-list setup can map attributes such as mobile, work, or other. Your team controls which fields participate.

How many lines can Trellus dial?

Trellus supports power dialing and parallel workflows with up to five simultaneous lines on eligible plans. Check current pricing for plan availability.

Does Trellus make our calls compliant?

No dialer can make that decision for your organization. Trellus can honor mapped DNC state and record wrong numbers, but your team remains responsible for consent, calling hours, local law, and policy.
