Watch Trellus dial from Apollo Tasks
See a rep open Apollo Tasks, start a Trellus calling session, and work the queue without rebuilding the list in another tool.
Dial from Apollo Tasks or a contact record
Start where the rep is already working and keep the Apollo record attached through the call.
Start from the owned call-task queue your reps already use. Trellus keeps the filtered order and task context with the calling session.
Call one Apollo contact and keep the available contact, account, and phone context visible throughout the conversation.
Open a selected call task and return the supported result to the same Apollo task and contact.
Use a supported side-panel contact when the rep wants a one-off call without leaving the current Apollo view.
Keep Apollo Tasks at the center
Your Apollo task list still decides what is due, who owns it, and which calls the rep works next. Trellus adds the faster calling layer without exporting the audience.
Mateo opens today's owned call Tasks for one sequence. Jamie has a verified work number, an invalid former mobile number, and a current mobile number. Trellus presents the available labels and status, keeps the Task order intact, and calls the selected number. After the conversation, the valid Apollo disposition, resolved purpose, note, and available Trellus recording link return to the exact record.
Trellus uses the active Apollo task or contact context so notes, outcomes, and callbacks stay connected to the person the rep called.

Why teams add Trellus to Apollo
Apollo offers its own dialing suite. Trellus is for teams that prefer the Trellus calling and live-coaching experience while keeping Apollo Tasks at the center.
Choose Apollo's own dialer when that setup, administration, calling experience, and reporting fit the team. Consider Trellus when the team wants Trellus calling and coaching while preserving supported Apollo Task and record context.
Add Trellus when faster call blocks and in-the-moment coaching are the experience your reps will actually use.
What Trellus returns to Apollo
Wrap the call and keep the useful result on the Apollo record your team already trusts.
Reps can choose from the supported dispositions and purposes configured for the Apollo workflow.
Create the follow-up as Apollo work
When the Contact, owner, due date, and authenticated Apollo session resolve, Trellus can create a record-linked Apollo callback Task with the available summary.
The callback stays linked to the Apollo contact, owner, due date, and available call summary so the next action is easy to find.
Apollo and Trellus
Where does Trellus work in Apollo?
Trellus works on supported Apollo call-task queues, Contact detail, Task detail, and selected bounded record panels. It does not claim every Apollo list or screen.
Does Apollo already have a power and parallel dialer?
Yes. Apollo currently offers both. Trellus is an alternative for teams that want Trellus calling and coaching while preserving supported Apollo Tasks and record context.
Can Trellus keep my Apollo task order and filters?
On supported call-task surfaces, Trellus retains the eligible owner scope, filters, order, page, and exact Task identity.
What does Trellus log in Apollo?
For a supported resolved record, Trellus can return a valid Apollo disposition, the purpose when resolved, a note or summary, an available Trellus recording link, Contact/account context, and completion of the exact source Task.
Can Trellus create an Apollo callback?
Yes, when the Contact, owner, due date, and authenticated Apollo session resolve. Otherwise it reports the failure instead of creating an orphan Task.
What happens if Apollo record context is ambiguous?
Trellus stops the write. It does not guess which Contact should receive a call result or callback.
