FOR THE REP
Practice by voice.
Talk to a buyer persona that opens the call and raises your team’s real objections, in the order you set.
AI SALES ROLEPLAY
AI sales roleplay lets a rep rehearse a call with a simulated buyer before a real prospect hears it. In Trellus, managers build practice bots with a persona, an opening line and the objections to raise. Reps practice by voice in 17 languages and variants, get a graded score, and can turn part of a real call into a role-play.
Graded on your rubric. A score and feedback for each rubric item.
PRACTICE THAT FITS THE WORK
Practice bots give reps a safe place to try an opener or an objection response, and give managers a repeatable way to coach it.
FOR THE REP
Talk to a buyer persona that opens the call and raises your team’s real objections, in the order you set.
FOR THE MANAGER
Describe the buyer, write the opening line and list the objections. Every rep practices the same moment.
FOR THE TEAM
Challenges, a leaderboard, achievements, call history and learning paths show who is practicing and what to work on next.
BUILD A PRACTICE BOT
Admins build scenarios in the Trellus practice workspace.
Who they are, what is happening in their business and what the rep should achieve on the call.
The first thing the bot says when the call starts, so every rep faces the same first moment.
Add the objections and drag them into the order the bot should raise them.
Choose one of 17 languages and variants and a voice for the buyer.
PRACTICE THE REAL MOMENT
From a recorded call’s details, an admin chooses Create roleplay, picks the exchange to practice and adds a practice focus. The excerpt goes into the roleplay builder, where the scenario is generated, reviewed and tested, so the rep can replay the moment that went sideways.
GRADED EVERY TIME
After each practice call, reps see a grade, a score and feedback for each item on the rubric your admins define.
17 LANGUAGES
English (US), Spanish, Spanish (Latin America), French, French (Canada), German, Italian, Portuguese, Portuguese (Brazil), Dutch, Polish, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Hindi, Arabic and Russian.
BY PHONE
Admins can assign a phone number to a scenario, so reps call the bot from a phone and practice the way they actually dial.

BEFORE YOU BUILD A BOT
AI sales roleplay is practice software where an AI plays the buyer, so a rep can rehearse a call before speaking with a real prospect. In Trellus, managers build the practice bots and reps practice by voice.
