GIVE THE ROOM A PURPOSE

One block. One coaching focus.

A shared room works best when the team knows what it is there to practice. Here is a suggested rhythm for a 45-minute session.

  1. 00–05

    Get the room ready.

Open an appropriate calling list, check devices and agree on one question or skill to work on.

  2. 05–35

    Call together.

Reps work their lists. The manager listens where useful; teammates save longer discussions for the pause.

  3. 35–45

    Close the loop.

Finish follow-up, share a useful moment and choose one adjustment for the next block.

IS IT A FIT FOR YOUR TEAM?

Start with a shared calling window.

Salesfloor makes sense when people can overlap and benefit from hearing how others approach the work.

Remote and hybrid sales teams

Give distributed reps a common room for a scheduled calling block.

Managers coaching live work

Use the active conversation as context for a useful coaching discussion.

Teams building a calling rhythm

Bring one audience, one practice focus and a clear finish to the session.

If the team rarely overlaps, asynchronous call review may fit better. Bring your platform, team setup and listening requirements to the demo.

BEFORE YOU OPEN THE ROOM

Salesfloor questions.

What is Trellus Salesfloor?

Salesfloor is a shared team room for calling. Teammates can see room activity, follow who is calling and stay connected in chat. Managers can use Trellus live listening to stay close to active conversations.

How is it different from a video meeting?

Salesfloor is organized around the call block and calling states. Reps keep working their lists while the room gives the team shared context and a place to communicate.

Can managers listen to calls?

Trellus has a live listening dashboard for following active team conversations. The live listening walkthrough shows that workflow. Confirm the permissions and setup for your team during the demo.

Does Salesfloor replace the dialer?

No. The room supports team calling alongside the Trellus power and parallel dialer. Your platform and plan determine the calling workflow available to your team.

Can I explore it without an account?

Yes. Open the Salesfloor chapter in our product tour. It uses fictional teammates and sample activity; it does not join a live room.

What should we bring to a demo?

Bring the platform your reps call from, the size of the team, your call-block schedule and what managers want to see or hear. Use the integrations directory to start with your calling platform.
