The short answer

Choose Trellus when reps should dial the list, task queue or Google Sheet they already work in. Trellus is a Chrome extension that adds power dialing and up to five parallel lines inside supported CRM and sales engagement views, then saves the outcome to the source record. Plans start at $99.99 per seat per month.

Choose Salesfinity when you want a separate calling workspace that bundles phone-number data, number validation and an AI assistant with the dialer, and a yearly per-license plan fits your budget. Reps import lists from the CRM or a CSV and call from the Salesfinity web app.

Both parallel dial up to five lines, drop voicemail, record calls and offer AI roleplay. The decision is where reps work, whether you need phone data bundled in, and how you want to buy.

Follow one contact from the list to the saved call

Trellus keeps the source list in front of the rep

In HubSpot, a rep starts from supported task, prospecting, contact or company views and opens Trellus beside them. The call activity, disposition, summary and an available recording link save to the contact or company, and task workflows can complete the task and create a linked callback.

The same holds in Salesforce reports and list views, Outreach call tasks, Close Smart Views, GoHighLevel Smart Lists and mapped Google Sheets rows.

Salesfinity imports the list into its workspace

The Salesfinity quickstart has reps sign in to its web app and build a calling list from a CSV or a connected CRM. Its integration overview lists dialer sync for HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Pipedrive, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo and others.

Its Close and Google Sheets pages say those connect to its AI assistant rather than importing calling lists, and GoHighLevel is not on its integrations page.

In either demo, reopen the original record after a call and find the outcome, notes, task completion and callback using your team's actual permissions.

Compare call control and phone numbers

Trellus

Trellus supports one-at-a-time power dialing and up to five parallel lines on eligible plans. When a person answers, the other active lines stop. A saved voicemail can be left when voicemail is detected, and a saved screener introduction can respond to supported phone screeners during parallel dialing.

Power includes 5 extra phone numbers and Power + Parallel includes 8, with spam remediation. Smart caller ID picks the outbound number. See the Trellus dialer for the full flow.

Salesfinity

The parallel-dialing docs say the other lines in a batch hang up when one connects. Voicemail detection can drop a recorded message, and an automated call screener is in beta on Enterprise.

Its phone-number docs describe 10 numbers per Gold seat, a carrier spam badge per number, SmartRotate rotation, and area-code matching on Enterprise.

Ask both vendors to show two close-together answers, a detected voicemail and a screened call, then reconcile those outcomes with the report.

Coaching, practice and call data

Trellus

Real-time AI coaching suggests responses during the call on the Business plan. AI practice calls let reps rehearse objections, and the virtual Salesfloor lets managers listen to live calls. The Call Data API and MCP server give authorized tools read-only access to call metrics and sessions.

Salesfinity

Salesfinity documents recordings and transcripts on every plan, call scoring, AI roleplay on Gold and up, and Live Assist in-call suggestions. It also publishes a REST API, webhooks and an MCP server.

Compare the cost of the same package

Trellus pricing is published per seat with no minimum: Power is $99.99 and Power + Parallel is $149.99 per seat per month. The Business plan with real-time coaching and team analytics is custom.

Salesfinity's pricing page lists Gold at $249 and Enterprise at $299 per license per month billed yearly; Enterprise is a 12-month plan and Gold month to month is $299. Its pricing also lists add-ons such as the Sequencer and international calling.

Salesfinity bundles phone data, so include your current data provider when comparing totals. Price the same seats, phone data, coaching and contract term from both.

Run a pilot your team can inspect

  1. Human conversations. Count people reached, with voicemail and screeners counted separately. Keep power and parallel results apart.
  2. Calling effort. Record call-block time, attempts and stopped attempts, and agree on the denominator before calling one product faster.
  3. Meeting outcomes. Count booked meetings and qualified next steps separately from verbal interest.
  4. Record quality. Check the contact, notes, disposition, task completion and callback on the source record.
  5. List work. Note the time spent importing, refreshing and cleaning lists in each workflow.

Frequently asked questions

Is Salesfinity a Chrome extension?

How many lines can Salesfinity and Trellus dial at once?

Both dial up to five lines in parallel. Salesfinity defaults to three and offers SmartFlow to choose the batch size per contact. Trellus parallel dials up to five lines on Power + Parallel and Business, and its Power plan calls one number at a time.

How much does Salesfinity cost compared with Trellus?

Salesfinity lists Gold at $249 and Enterprise at $299 per license per month billed yearly, or $299 for Gold month to month. Trellus lists Power at $99.99 and Power + Parallel at $149.99 per seat per month, with custom Business pricing.

Which one books more meetings?

This comparison does not establish a performance winner. Test comparable lists with the same reps and measure qualified meetings alongside conversations, list work and logging.
