Trellus for Amplemarket

Parallel dial the call tasks already due in Amplemarket

Stay on the current Tasks list. Trellus keeps the contact, task, sequence, and phone context together through the call, then returns the acknowledged activity and supported task result to Amplemarket.

Amplemarket already offers its own one-click Outbound Dialer. Trellus is useful when the bottleneck is working a parallel call block without rebuilding the task list.

Official Trellus product walkthrough. It demonstrates the workflow; it is not proof that every workspace, plan, task type, or disposition is configured alike.

Where it works

The Amplemarket surfaces Trellus uses

This workflow starts with call work your rep can already see and explain. It does not turn every Amplemarket page into a calling list.

The current Tasks list

Trellus matches the current Amplemarket task response to the rendered Tasks page, including the call-task and sequence context attached to each supported row.

Grouped and later-page task rows

Supported task groups and additional pages can be hydrated without replacing the rep's chosen list with a broad account-wide audience.

Supported contact context

A one-off call can keep the current contact, company, available phone, location, and useful record link attached to the conversation.

One-off callback tasks

A requested follow-up can become an Amplemarket phone-call task titled Trellus Callback Task, due at the chosen time with the available call context.

Scope matters
A CRM link carried on an Amplemarket record is navigation context. This page does not promise that Trellus writes the result directly into a separately connected CRM.
Rep workflow

One visible list, five deliberate steps

01

Open the Tasks view

Apply the filters and grouping the rep intends to work. The visible Amplemarket task context remains the queue boundary.

02

Review the phone choices

Use the available contact number and treat known wrong-number or phone-level DNC state as a reason to stop and review.

03

Start the parallel block

Trellus works the supported call tasks while the task, contact, Sequence, and phone stay attached to the active answer.

04

Choose an exact Amplemarket disposition

The result must match a real disposition returned by Amplemarket. Trellus does not invent a status just to make the workflow look finished.

05

Save activity, then resolve the task

The supported task is not completed until the call activity exists. A terminal activity failure leaves the task open for review.

Choose the right path

Amplemarket's dialer or Trellus?

Use Amplemarket's Outbound Dialer

Choose the native option when one-click, one-at-a-time calling already fits the team's pace and you want Amplemarket to own the number setup and calling experience.

Add Trellus for a parallel block

Choose Trellus when reps already trust the Amplemarket Tasks list but need to work multiple outbound attempts while preserving the same task and sequence context.

Returned to Amplemarket

The result is specific—not a vague “sync”

The call record can carry the task and user identity, phone numbers, duration, answer state, exact disposition, note, and optional recording or transcription when those values exist.

Task-linked call activity
Exact disposition
Available note
Supported task outcome
Optional media fields
One-off callback task
Visible limitation
Recording and transcription are optional. Contact-level DNC is local Trellus queue suppression in the reviewed path, not an Amplemarket account-wide update.
Concrete example

A callback that stays attached to the Amplemarket record

Maya filters Amplemarket Tasks to 24 due calls in the “Event follow-up” Sequence. Alex answers and asks for the security overview before Tuesday. Maya chooses the real Amplemarket disposition, adds that note, and schedules Tuesday morning.

What should be visible
The call activity is accepted first. The original supported task is then resolved without completing the Sequence lead by default, and a new Trellus Callback Task carries the due date and available call context.
What is not implied
This synthetic example does not promise an Amplemarket Analytics entry, a Salesforce or HubSpot write, a remote account-wide DNC flag, or a universal outcome lift.
FAQ

Amplemarket and Trellus

Does Amplemarket already have a dialer?

Yes. Amplemarket sells its own one-click Outbound Dialer. Trellus addresses a different job: working a supported parallel call block while keeping the current Tasks context attached.

Where does Trellus work in Amplemarket?

The reviewed workflow starts from the current Amplemarket Tasks list and supported contact context in the web app. Current filters, grouping, pagination, and task shapes should be tested in a sandbox before rollout.

Can Trellus parallel dial Amplemarket tasks?

The reviewed path supports a Trellus parallel calling workflow for eligible Amplemarket call tasks. Current plan access, calling setup, and available lines must be confirmed for the team's account.

What is written back after a call?

Trellus can create a task-linked Amplemarket call activity with the exact platform disposition and available note or media fields, then resolve the supported task after that activity exists.

Can Trellus create an Amplemarket callback?

Yes, for a valid Amplemarket contact in the reviewed path. The callback is a one-off phone-call task titled Trellus Callback Task with the chosen due date and available context.

Does Trellus update my connected CRM too?

Not by this page's evidence. Amplemarket may have its own CRM integrations, but the Trellus adapter reviewed here does not establish a direct Salesforce or HubSpot write.

Does every outcome automatically advance a Sequence?

No universal claim is made. Disposition action, task kind, public API eligibility, and the acknowledged result all matter. Test the exact dispositions and task shapes your team uses.
